Kickshatter Front-End Runtime Media V1: Real Role Demos and Native Screen Layers
2026-08-27
Archive note — September 16, 2026: This development article describes an earlier iteration. Its retired previews and downloads have been removed, and the web level designer is no longer available. See the retained artwork library for the current selection.
This approved runtime-media update replaces generic front-end fill and role-detail placeholders without turning reviewed screen compositions into runtime textures. Unity continues to render every label, progress value, price, lock, and touch state natively.
Approved changes
- Four text-free stadium layers now serve Home, Cup Route, Showcase, and Settings. Their football geometry stays in the art layer; live navigation and player-progress copy stays native.
- Eagle Eye, Divine Touch, and Iron Wall each have a distinct approved Diamond thumbnail for the paid Cash Refill route. Gold artwork remains separate.
- Role detail now plays real local 16:9 H.264 gameplay media instead of a placeholder. The central portrait capture is retained, with only a same-source blurred side extension for the fixed preview frame.
- The local development store fixture shows
$1.99role refills,$0.99skill-ball refills, and$4.99All-Star metadata. Production replaces that fixture with StoreKit's localised price string before a transaction can grant anything.
