Kickshatter Home V2: A Penalty-Kick Starting Point

2026-08-25

The approved Kickshatter Home V2 reference replaces the earlier lobby direction with one clear football situation: the player stands behind the ball at the penalty spot, facing a goal inside a readable penalty area.

What changed

  • The hero field now shows the goal line, six-yard box, penalty area, and penalty arc. The ball sits on the penalty spot rather than beside the player or on an unrelated field line.
  • Cup Route is the largest lower-screen action. Quick Match remains a direct random match launch and uses the only yellow action surface.
  • Locker, Showcase, and Settings are distinct lower facility controls, so the five required Home destinations remain available without competing with the two match-start actions.
  • The controls occupy the lower thumb area. The brand lockup remains clear of low-frequency settings chrome.

Why this direction

The Home screen should feel like entering a football world, not a dashboard. A pre-kick scene gives the player, ball, goal, and main actions one shared relationship: choose a route or kick straight into a match. The lower hierarchy keeps the progression path prominent while leaving collection, honours, music, and basic settings easy to reach.

This is a flattened 420 × 912 screen-composition reference. Unity renders production labels, progress values, touch feedback, and Settings state; the published source preserves the approved visual direction for implementation and review.
