Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy covers the Your Top Skills website and the apps identified below. Each product section applies only to that named product.
TallyCounter with stats
App identity and version. This section applies only to iTally Counter - Stats (TallyCounter with stats), bundle ID com.xuanzheweiren.tallycounter. The version currently available on the App Store is 1.1.
Local data. Counter values, timestamped increment, decrement, and reset records used to calculate statistics, and in-app preferences stay on your device. We do not upload this counter or statistics data to our own servers.
Google AdMob banner. The app uses a Google AdMob banner to request and display advertising. Its non-ad features work offline; app-initiated network traffic is limited to Google services needed to deliver and measure that banner.
ATT, advertising identifier, and consent. The iOS configuration uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework for advertising. When iOS presents the ATT prompt, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is available for personalized advertising only if you allow tracking. If you deny or restrict tracking, the app continues to work without IDFA-based ad personalization; you can change that choice in iOS Settings.
Permissions and third parties. ATT is the only permission relevant to this app's advertising use. Counting and statistics do not require camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, Bluetooth, or local-network access. Google, through AdMob, may process ad-related device and online data under Google's Privacy Policy; that third-party processing is separate from the local counter data described above.
Video 2 GIF - Simple & Fast
App identity and local processing. This section applies only to Video 2 GIF - Simple & Fast, bundle ID com.xzwr.app.video2gif, version 1.5 currently available on the App Store. Videos you choose are copied into app-private storage, then trimmed, processed, and converted to GIFs on your device. Project files, export settings, and generated GIFs remain local unless you choose to save or share them.
Photos and media permissions. Photo Library access is used only to select a source video. Add-to-Photos access is used only when you choose to save an exported GIF to your library. The current select-and-convert flow does not upload selected media or use the camera to record it.
Google Mobile Ads. The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). It can show native ads in the processing experience and app-open ads when the app is resumed.
ATT and advertising identifier. Before initializing AdMob, the app requests Apple's ATT authorization. Apple's response controls whether AdMob may use the IDFA for personalized advertising. Declining or restricting tracking does not prevent you from choosing a video, creating a GIF, saving it, or sharing it; you can change the choice in iOS Settings.
Accounts, services, and third parties. This version has no user account, developer-operated backend, or analytics service. Google AdMob may process ad-related data under Google's Privacy Policy. If you save to Photos or share an export, Apple or the destination you explicitly choose handles that action under its own privacy terms.
Kickshatter: Pixel Cup
Current version. This section applies only to Kickshatter: Pixel Cup, bundle ID top.yourskills.kickshatter. The current version has no account system, developer-operated backend, analytics service, third-party marketing SDK, or cross-app tracking. It does not send personal information to us.
Local game state. Progress, settings, local consumable inventory, and processed StoreKit transaction identifiers are stored only on the device. Transaction identifiers prevent a verified purchase from granting an item twice. The app does not provide player data export, progress reset, or playtest-record controls.
In-app purchases. Apple processes purchases through StoreKit. We do not receive payment-card information. Purchased consumables remain in local game state and cannot be recovered after deleting or reinstalling the app.
Permissions. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or tracking identifiers.
YourSkills.top Website
The website uses Google AdSense to display web advertising, Vercel Analytics to understand site usage, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance. These providers may process browser, request, advertising, or performance information as described in Google's Privacy Policy and Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Website processing is separate from each app section above. It does not mean those services are included in Kickshatter or any other listed app.
